Sexual Violence Prevention

At Trinity College, we pride ourselves on providing an enlightening college experience, which demands a safe and respectful student environment. To that end, we strive to create a campus that is free of sexual assault and other forms of harassment and violence. As a member of the Trinity community, you too have a role in making this happen. In order to help you learn more about these issues and how you can help prevent them, we require all incoming students to watch the video: “Vector Solutions™ Sexual Violence Prevention.”

This online program will take over an hour to complete – but you can stop, have the program save your progress, and then restart it at any time. The video cannot be viewed on devices such as Android and iPhones or tablets, so in order to complete the video you must use a computer. Once finished, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please save this certificate for your records. It is imperative that you complete the program by July 31, 2023, so that you are prepared to participate in a discussion during new student orientation. Not viewing this video will result in serious consequences affecting academic registration.

  • International Students: Please note that international students must complete two modules: Sexual Violence Prevention and International Students. This module provides some specific context on cultural aspects of dating in the United States that will set expectations in behavior to keep everyone safe while at Trinity. International students must complete both trainings listed on your account.

Program Instructions:

Step 1: Log on to the “Vector Solutions™ Sexual Violence Prevention” site with Vector Solutions​
Step 2: Enter your username in the available login field. Your username will be your Trinity College email account.
Step 3: Proceed to the “My Assignments” and complete the listed modules. Your completion status will be updated weekly, so you may not see the task marked complete right away.

Your username will allow you to re-enter the program as a returning student and complete the program in several sittings if you choose without having to start over.

If you run into problems completing the program, do not start over. Contact the Vector Solutions™ support team by emailing [email protected] and they will assist you. You may also watch this helpful webinar to guide you through the program.
